To get your site ranked you need to click the join tab on the top menu. Once you have filled in the necessary details your site will go to the approval process. Upon approval you will receive an email with code to display the small button on your website, as shown below.

This button will register hits and page views that count towards your overall ranking. Keep check on your progress and that of your competitors by checking back to see the latest rankings. Your site can also be rated and reviewed by visitors.

Now your site has been listed you can update/change your profile/website settings by clicking the Control Panel tab from the top menu and logging in with the username and password you supplied at the joining stage.
